Documents include birth and marriage certificates, diplomas and academic transcripts, and patient histories. The translation will be accompanied by a translator’s statement of accuracy and my American Translators Association seal. Currently, only PDF delivery is available. If you need a paper copy in the mail, I can refer you to one of my colleagues.
