Description

I am a native Polish speaker holding an M.S.Ch.E.. from AGH, Krakow, Poland. My passion for languages developed gradually. This year, I completed 18 years on my first remote interpreting contract, which initially included OPI in Polish. I became certified by New York State as a per Diem Polish Court Interpreter and later attended school in Minsk, Belarus to strengthen my Russian. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began providing VRI in Polish, and shortly thereafter, I expanded to include both OPI and VRI in Russian. In addition to my remote work, I worked in person for two local language agencies for a combined 14 years in Polish and 9 years in Russian. I hold the following certifications: Hub-CMI Polish, CoreCHI-P, Polish proficient and CoreCHI-P, Russian proficient . I regularly attend workshops and conferences to improve and stay current. I look forward to this new chapter with INTERPRETINGMW LLC, helping Limited English Proficiency speakers by using my skills and experience in interpreting across medical, legal, and educational settings.
