Born in Japan, I possess a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. My academic credentials are further fortified by multiple master’s degrees in Engineering Systems Management and Data Analytics, in addition to a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Studies.
After serving nine years as an Army infantry captain in the Japan Ministry of Defense's Ground Self-Defense Force, I immigrated to the United States, obtained U.S. naturalization, and held positions as a project manager and industrial & systems engineer at Johnson Controls, UPS, and Boeing. Also in my role as a learning manager, coach, and facilitator, I used effective communication to drive adaptable organizational change.
As a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Project Management Professional (PMP), and PMI Agile certified professional. Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and as a former Army infantry officer, my qualifications ensure highly accurate interpretation and translation across Industrial & Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, and Defense/Military/Intelligence communities, grounded in a clear understanding of principles and professional terminology. My strength in specific subjects is trusted and highly reliable.
