As a bilingual (Tamil and English) interpreter/translator, I bring a unique blend of medical and non-medical onsite, OPI (over-the-phone interpretation), VRI (video remote interpretation), and SVI (scheduled video interpretation) services, setting me apart from other candidates. I am a Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI) – Tamil, a State-registered Certified Healthcare Interpreter in the State of GA, and have completed over 60 hours of Advanced Medical Training. I have amassed over 5000 hours of Consecutive and Spontaneous Interpretation experience while residing in the US, in Rome, Georgia. I provide accurate interpretation services in Tamil and English for patients and healthcare professionals. I leverage my computer literacy, decision-making, and cross-cultural communication skills to facilitate effective communication and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. With a master's degree in English and Tamil Literature, I am passionate about applying my language skills to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes. My goal is to continue growing as a Medical and Legal Interpreter while making a positive impact on the lives of others.
