Noriko Koyama
Description
I was born in Japan (Japanese native) and currently live in Argentina since 2004. I have six years of experience as a freelance translator/interpreter and over ten years including in-house jobs.
I started providing translation/interpretation services in a Japanese manufacturing company in 2009 and have participated in all kinds of legal-technical issues related to the company’s operation. I began to work as a full-time freelance in 2016 and have worked for Japanese automotive companies for translation or interpretation in the legal, manufacturing, and quality assurance field.
I love to travel and have worked as a tour guide or TV crew occasionally, not only in Argentina but also in Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, and Bolivia. I like to know and understand the culture, tradition, and heritage of countries of the world, which makes me think about expanding my range of work in the environmental and SDGs issues.
I also studied architecture and the conservation of cultural heritage at the university, so I am well-informed about design and archeology.
