I hold an MA with Distinction in translation and interpreting from the University of Westminster and have been a full-time freelance translator since 2020 for both text and AV translation, captioning, and English editing. I work with tools like Trados Studio, Memsource, MemoQ, Ooona, Sonix, and Subtitle Edit and with the Studio Subtitling plug-in. My past work includes subtitle/SDH creation/adaptation, translation, and QC for art tutorial series, sporting events and documentaries, and entertainment content for large streaming services. I'm also a frequent copyeditor for action sports brands. In my free time, I love to read and powerlift (not at the same time).
