Unique Qualifications: I am native English speaker who has learned Mandarin over four decades. I have experience working with groups of people providing Mandarin language services. I have facilitated corporate training and taught language and translation in both Taiwan and Beijing. In the U.S., I have worked in large teams on projects for government and professional development where translation and interpreting was the core service. In 2018, I began interpreting for the International Visitors Leadership Program for the State Department. My teaching, government and broad private sector experience has prepared me well to work with both individuals and groups in settings where language services, communication, and transfer of knowledge take center stage.
