I provide video remote interpreting (VRI) in English–Azerbaijani and English–Russian for medical, legal and business conversations.

When a conversation is personal, complex or time-sensitive, every detail matters. I help both sides communicate clearly, with careful attention to meaning, tone and context.

I’m Sabina Alasgarova, a native Azerbaijani speaker with more than 20 years’ experience in language services and a bachelor’s degree in Simultaneous Interpretation and Translation. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL) and the American Translators Association.

My background includes working as a Medical Operations Coordinator at International SOS in Prague, where interpreting and translation formed part of communication with healthcare providers and insurers. This gave me first-hand experience of medical coordination, appointments and repatriation in an international environment.

I offer consecutive interpreting by video, with over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) also available, for:
• Medical appointments and healthcare discussions
• Legal consultations and interviews
• Business meetings, briefings and professional training

My approach combines careful preparation, attentive listening and respect for confidentiality and impartiality. I aim to preserve each speaker’s meaning and register while helping the conversation move at a manageable pace.

Alongside interpreting, I provide English–Azerbaijani translation and localization, drawing on experience in legal, medical and life sciences, business, technology and marketing content.

Based in Baku, Azerbaijan, I welcome enquiries from language service providers and direct clients for scheduled assignments and ongoing collaboration.
