As a senior translator, I help entities to bridge language barriers in the legal and financial sectors across their target global markets. From stock purchase agreements to M&A agreements, and financial statements to commercial litigation documents, I bring high quality language work and attentive service to the table.

I recently completed my MS in Translation from New York University, where my coursework and research has centered on M&A transactions, export-import or international business law, as well as a comparative analysis of Latin American legal systems. I have also acquired new skillsets for IP & Patents Translation, as well as Project Management.

I can help clients as a Linguist, or as a Project Manager to put together a team, to meet their language service needs. As a trained Paralegal, I can help with Plain Legal Language editing to make legal documents clear to the audience, as well as combine my foreign language and paralegal skills for a law firm, financial institution, or equity firm to assist with their matters across international jurisdictions.
