･Over 20 years of experience in the translation industry specialized in IT field.
･Certified as a Professional Translator (PT) in the field of Industry and Science Technology in 2019 by the Registration Center of Certificated Translators (RCCT) in accordance with ISO 17100 and RCCT TR01 "Requirements and Procedures for Translators“.
･Certified by JTF* as the 2nd level of English to Japanese translator in the field of Information Technology in 2019. (*JTF = the Japan Translation Federation authorized by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).
･Most recently, for seven years, I have been engaged in the localization of Human Resource System (English to Japanese). The task includes UI translation, marketing translation, document translation, testing, terminology research, review, and LQA.
･Registered with the American Translators Association in July 2024.
