Trained biologist (MSc) and agricultural scientist (PhD) offers translation and other services specializing in the biosciences, medical and information technology fields. Freelance translator since 1997. Clients include translation agencies, pharmaceutical and biotech companies and government authorities in Germany, the US and UK. Completed a Multidisciplinary Core Certificate by the American Medical Writers Association in 2008. Completed a Foundation in Medical Writing Certificate by the European Medical Writers Association in 2017.
Graduated from a part-time Master's program in Science Communication (in German). Completed comprehensive continuing education in revision (BD√ú 5 part seminar series) and easy-to-read German (Leichte Sprache).
