I am the Number 1 English-Vietnamese Interpreter and Translator based in North America on Proz.com. In addition to being a Voting Member of the ATA, I am also a member of the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT). My translation and interpreting skills have been vetted and certified by government agencies as well as service providers.
I have more than 10 years of experience, and have interpreted simultaneously in more than 100 events to date, many of which are hosted by various government and public entities in the United States, as well as multinational corporations and international organizations. I have experience working on many platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Interprefy, KUDO, Interactio, WebEx and SPEAKUS.

I have lived in North America in the last 10 years, but I was born and raised in Vietnam until I reached adulthood. I have translated for various government agencies, public entities, community organizations in the United States and Canada, but I have also used my translation abilities to support multinational companies, travel websites and social media platforms in their mission to reach the audience in Vietnam.

My areas of expertise are government and non-profit, corporate communications, marketing, education, public health, general legal (contract, court order, privacy policies). I provide translation, revision, quality assurance, transcription and interpretation services.

I am a proficient user of CAT tools such as Wordfast, Trados, MemoQ and other online tools specific to each company.

Every week, I handle on average 15,000 words of translation and revision for various agencies based in the United States, Canada and Europe.
