About the Presenter

Ted R. Wozniak holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and German and is also a graduate of the German Basic Course at the Defense Language Institute. He has worked as an accountant, stockbroker, liaison officer, and interrogation instructor at the U.S. Army Intelligence School.

After pursuing graduate studies in Germanic, Ted became a freelance German > English translator, specializing in finance and accounting. He is also the owner of Finanztrans, a mailing list for German financial translators, and Payment Practices, an online database providing information to translators on clients' payment practices.
