About the Presenter
Dolores Rojo Guiñazú is a sworn translator in Argentina, authorized by the Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. She has an MBA in marketing management from USAL and the University at Albany, State University of New York, and is a certified international copyeditor. She has been certified in post-editing and transcreation by the Translation Automation User Society. She specializes in marketing, legal translation, and quality assurance. She is a member of ASTM International (TC F43 on Language Services and Products), ACES: The Society for Editing, PLAIN, and ATA’s Standards Committee. She actively contributes to IRAM (Argentina’s ISO member body), working on translation and interpreting as well as security standards, including their adaptation and localization for Argentina. She is also an ISO 27001:2013 internal auditor certified by Bureau Veritas. Dolores has been lecturing internationally on quality assurance and standards since 2017.
