Prior to the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to submit a practice test. This practice test is sourced from retired exam passages, ensuring that you experience a realistic exam scenario. About the Presenter
Holly Mikkelson, CT is professor emerita of the Graduate School of Translation, Interpretation, and Language Education at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. A certified court interpreter and ATA-certified Spanish<>English translator, she is deputy chair of ATA’s Certification Committee. She has taught and practiced translation and interpreting for over four decades. She is the author of the acclaimed Acebo interpreter training manuals and numerous books and articles on translation and interpreting. She has consulted with many state and private entities on interpreter testing and training and presented lectures and workshops to interpreters and related professionals throughout the world.
