There’s Still Time to Register for the American Translators Association’s 66th Annual Conference in Boston!

Annual Conference, Business Strategies, Educators and Trainers, Growing Your Career, Networking, Specializations, Starting Your Career, Student Resources

Come to Boston and celebrate with over 1,000 translators and interpreters from over 60 countries who love what they do… just like you!

The American Translators Association (ATA), the world’s premier association of translators and interpreters, will be holding its 66th Annual Conference October 22–25, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts. For those who haven’t signed up yet, or even heard of it, there’s still time to register and gain the benefits of attendance. Early registration runs until September 14, 2025. After that, registration increases to the regular rate.

Register at www.atanet.org/ata66/register.

Why ATA66?

The conference welcomes translators and interpreters of all languages, specialties, and skill levels. It aims to deepen your knowledge of subject matter and languages, provide business and technical information, as well as networking opportunities to enhance the careers of language professionals.

From the very start, you’ll feel part of a supportive and generous community. Every event, every session presents opportunities to build lasting relationships with fellow language professionals.

Here are a Few Highlights

Endless Networking

ATA66 offers a variety of specialized networking opportunities. There’s Buddies Welcome Newbies, where first-time conference “newbies” connect with veteran conference “buddies” to help them get the most from their inaugural ATA conference. Immediately following this event, the Welcome Reception provides a chance to mingle with fellow attendees and network with speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors. Don’t miss Brainstorm Networking, where you can supercharge your networking skills and develop business insights in this fast-paced, interactive, and collaborative event. There’s also the Job Fair, T&I Book and Resource Fair, After Hours Café, AFTI Game Night, and, of course, the ATA66 Dance Away!

Top-Notch Education

ATA66 provides a comprehensive selection of educational opportunities for professional development specific to your needs. You’ll be inspired and challenged to consider new ideas. Choose from over 150 sessions featuring a variety of languages and topics. Sessions will focus on practical skills and information to help you build, grow, and manage your translation or interpreting business at any career stage. As dedicated language professionals, speakers volunteer to share their experience and expertise. They are working translators and interpreters, educators, attorneys, physicians, CEOs, and managers.

An Extensive Exhibit Hall

Find everything you need in one place! Open throughout the conference, ATA’s Exhibit Hall allows you to discover new products, learn about school programs, and see which agencies are hoping to recruit your services. Booths are staffed by recruiters from translation companies and government agencies, representatives from university translation/interpreting degree and certification programs, and representatives from translation technology suppliers. The technology reps are always ready to introduce you to their programs or provide efficiency tips to new and experienced users.

Book Your Room Today!

Our conference headquarters hotel, The Westin Boston Seaport District, is located in a vibrant neighborhood of Boston. The Seaport District offers rich history, world-famous attractions, and hidden gems for those who want to take the path less traveled. ATA66 rates at the Westin are available until September 29, 2025, or as space allows.
