August 31, 2011

Medical interpreter training often focuses on terminology and medical background knowledge, but often there is a lot more going on than words in a cross-cultural patient-provider encounter.

This webinar examines the daily ethical dilemmas health care interpreters face. Real-world case studies in both hospital and out-patient settings are used to illustrate possible approaches to resolving problems.

What will you learn?
