Translator and Interpreter Branding Through Storytelling: Optimizing Client Testimonials

January 13, 2022

Learn how brand storytelling can promote your language services business!

Brand storytelling is all around us. We’re inundated with words, images, ideas, facts, opinions, and different types of information that help us create a story about a business, product, or person in our minds. When done strategically and with a target audience in mind, brand storytelling can be a powerful tool to further enhance our business’s brand image and connect with clients.

But storytelling needs a storyteller—someone who has experienced your brand and can share a first-hand account of their experience. Enter customer reviews: testimonials from happy clients who have used your interpreting or translation services and can help support your professional image.

Join this webinar to learn how to use this powerful tool when marketing your business.

You will learn how to:

  1. Recognize brand storytelling
  2. Identify ways client testimonials can support your brand as a translator or interpreter
  3. Ask for customer testimonials
  4. Turn client reviews into brand storytelling
