    Dear Mr. Stephenson:
My name is Juliano Nunes. I am a Brazilian English-Portuguese translator with 18 months of experience as a bilingual legal assistant. I have worked with translations of social media content, documents, correspondence, emails, and newspaper advertisements.
I have lived in the United States since 2012. In Brazil, I studied at the Federal University of Minas Gerais Law School – UFMG ranked as one of the best Brazilian Universities. As a lawyer, I practiced law for more than five years, and my strongest skill has always been writing.
Working as a bilingual legal assistant, I discovered the fascinating world of translations and professional writing. I really believe that I can become a good translator, and I am planning to take the next ATA Exam to obtain my certification. But I am not sure if I am up to the task, and the information I found on the internet is quite worrisome.
I have decided to write because I need help from someone with the proper knowledge, able to light up my path with a few words of trustworthy information.
I am not sure if this message will find you, or if you will have time to write me back. I hope it does!
    Thank you very much!
    Best regards,
    Juliano Nunes.
